Every month we have special maintenance activities assigned. These very important updates keep security and configurations up to par. In this blog we’re going to start letting you know what you these are and why we’re doing them. So much of what we do happens quietly in the background that you might not even realize that changes are occurring. This might get a big geeky but it’s important that you know that we’re on the job.
Break-Glass accounts created
Break-glass accounts are administrator level accounts that exist for use only the event of emergency. They are the fail safe against system failure in the cloud.
Conditional Access Policies created
A set of four new conditional access policies have been created to block legacy login protocols, force multi-factor login on admin level accounts, and require everyone to register contact details for future password and account management.
These changes apply to M365 only. If you have a lesser plan then these features are not available and will not be configured on your account.
