Recent Compliments

“Thanks, Amy, for your great blog post…there are some facts in it that I hadn’t been aware of, and that I wish I’d known before my recent purchase of a Dell XPS 13, which died two days out of the box, and led to a multi-hour tech support nightmare to get it fixed. I value your insights and share your values!”

“You should know that even when I’m a stupid client, Parrish is even nicer to me. He represents you well.”

“Please convey my thanks to the person at Harbor Computer Services responsible for those very helpful Facebook posts.  I read every one.  At very least, I learn something very interesting.  And often I pick up a tip from which I can immediately benefit and that enhances my work life!”

“My short association with Harbor Computer Services has made a huge improvement in the quality of my work life, and I really appreciate the way you and your team are so generous with your expertise.”

“Thank you HC!  You have no idea how much this helps the quality dept.  Good job.”

“Can’t thank you enough, Ted, for allowing me to focus on my work with OneDrive as a key tool instead of an ongoing source of frustration!”

“Alaa has been providing us with very good service as we transitioned to our new server and computers.  He responds promptly to our needs, as we encounter issues or questions.  He is a friendly, caring spirit and a pleasure to work with.   I also appreciate his patience in dealing with the tech ‘block’ in my brain”

“Looks like you nailed it (again)!  I downloaded the Intel driver update you recommended (see photo), and now my PC is syncing instantly, as are all of my other laptops and iDevices.  You correctly diagnosed the problem and prescribed just the right remedy.”

“Thank you for your prompt response, as well as the professionalism that I’ve come to know from Harbor.”

“I want to pass along a special thanks to Ted and Evan for all of their help on the missing CAD files.  You have a great bunch of people working there at Harbor.”

“FYI – your team is outstanding!!!”

“I feel more confidant being on my own, knowing I have great Tech Support when some problem crops up, he is just a call away. Thanks so much to you, Ted and company”
