One of the things that we love about working in the smaller end of businesses is the personal relationships that are created over time. The relationship is the most important part of what we do. Seeing the smiling faces and the healthier businesses that result is job satisfaction for us and we wanted to say thank you. At Harbor we’ve gone through a growth spurt. It was done with forethought so that we could continue to provide the individual customized services that we’re known for. This means that we have twice as many people on staff than we did just 3 years ago. There’s been some ups and downs along the way but now we’re up to 8 people here and I think that this is where we’ll stay. There’s no lack of business opportunity but larger businesses have different relationships with their clients than smaller ones do. I’m sure that you know this from the relationships that you have with your clients and we want to stay small.
We racked our brains to come up with something meaningful that would represent our thank you. So using the talents that we have in Misty and Missy the potted plant that brings an exception amount of fresh air into indoor low light environments and some chocolates to share is what we settled on.
